The Cape Town Lodge Hotel & Conference Centre offers a sophisticated setting in the heart of the Mother City. It is the ideal venue to cater for all your corporate requirements for conferences, seminars, training, presentations, private banquets and cocktail functions.

Ideal and Professional

The hotel boasts 6 comfortable conference rooms and 1 stylish boardroom. All are fully carpeted, individually air-conditioned and enjoy natural light. The conference rooms have a New York loft-style atmosphere - a perfect blend of rough face brick, plush fabrics, striking art pieces and other harmonious d├ęcor. They are therefore aptly named after great New York landmarks such as Manhattan, Hudson and Wall Street. The New York and Wall Street venues also feature break-away rooms, which allow for small fraction discussion groups. For larger conferences consisting of 120 -180 delegates, the Manhattan and Broadway rooms can be combined to accommodate a group of this size.

Cape Town Lodge Hotel & Conference Centre offers two conference packages:

FULL DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE -

2017 Rates: R395 per delegate per day incl. parking
2018 Rates: R420 per delegate per day incl. parking

(Rates are valid until 31 Dec 2017)

The package includes:

  • Venue hire for the main conference room only (For conferences consisting of less than 10 delegates, a surcharge for venue hire will be applicable)
  • Arrival tea/coffee & assorted muffins or pastries
  • Mid-morning tea/coffee & assorted sandwiches
  • Buffet Lunch with a selection of fruit juices
  • Mid-afternoon tea/coffee & assorted pastries
  • Mineral water and mints (on arrival and replenished in the afternoon)
  • Standard equipment:
    • whiteboard with markers
    • flip chart with markers
    • notepads & pens
    • round and/or long tables
    • standard conference chairs
    • white table cloths
    • FREE Wi - Fi
    • data projector & screen

HALF DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE -

2017 Rates: R365 per delegate per day incl. parking
2018 Rates: R390 per delegate per day incl. parking

(Rates are valid until 31 Dec 2017)

The package includes:

  • Venue hire for the main conference room only (For conferences consisting of less than 10 delegates, a surcharge for venue hire will be applicable)
  • Arrival tea/coffee & assorted muffins
  • Mid-morning OR mid- afternoon tea/coffee & assorted sandwiches
  • Buffet Lunch with a selection of fruit juices
  • Mineral water and mints (on arrival and replenished in the afternoon)
